This new 4 Bedroom Luxury Beach House is located one mile away on the Second Row, just off Ocean Boulevard. A raised two-story beach house, it features a private balcony, perfect for some outdoor relaxation.
The spacious house can sleep up to 10 and features a total of four bedrooms, each with its own TV and a total of three and a half bathrooms.
The first raised floor features one bedroom with a queen bed and its own private, full bathroom with a shower/tub, as well as a half bathroom in the hall.
The second raised floor features a second bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom; the third bedroom with a queen bed, a fourth bedroom with two twin beds, and a third full bathroom in the hall.
Equipped with a modern kitchen on the first raised floor, you will have all you need for a quick meal or a sit-down dinner with your family. Enjoy your meal with seating space for four at the breakfast counter as well as a table with three chairs. Featuring basic dishes and cookware, you will have access to pots and pans, plates, bowls, utensils, and more. Wake up in the morning with fresh coffee from your coffee maker (choose from either a pot of coffee or utilize the single-cup pod maker) and relax on your outdoor balcony. A full refrigerator is perfect for storing drinks and snacks, while a microwave makes it easy to heat up leftovers or pop some popcorn. The stove and oven are perfect for baking a pizza, scrambling some eggs, or making a spaghetti dinner. Make toast in the toaster or whip up a frozen drink in the blender. Clean-up is easy with the included dishwasher.
The living room is located adjacent to the kitchen and features a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space, a ceiling fan, access to the private balcony, and a TV. The private balcony features a café table and two chairs overlooking Ocean Boulevard.
The house features a washer and dryer on the second raised floor, perfect for keeping clean while on vacation. It also comes equipped with hairdryers, iron/ironing board, and free Wi-Fi.
Just a short walk from the nearest beach access, the house comes equipped with an outdoor shower for rinsing off.
Guests will receive access to the South Beach Cottages community swimming pool for some splashing fun.
Beach house guests have access to the seasonal H2OASIS, Havana Java, Gazebo Restaurant, Latitudes Lounge, the Landmark Resort Golf & Entertainment Department, and the guest laundry room, all located one mile north. Additionally, beach house guests will receive exclusive access to the Crown Reef Waterpark, located three blocks south. *Access is not included for beach house guests to Landmark Resort’s oceanfront pool deck, indoor pool complex, summer poolside activities, fitness room, poolside dining, sauna, Landmark’s parking garage, and any other amenities not listed here. To maintain the safety of our guests waterpark access times may be limited based on occupancy.
The minimum check-in age is 25. Smoking is not permitted. No elevator is available. Daily maid service is not included; linens and towels are included. However, a departure cleaning fee is required for all reservations. The departure cleaning fee is non-refundable. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Charges will be applied to your $500 security deposit only if there are damages, missing items, excessive cleaning requirements, unpaid balances, if check-out procedures are not followed or checking out later than 10 a.m. Security deposits will be released within 10 days of departure less any charges. Minimum night stay varies based on season and availability. Check-in is available at the front desk at Landmark Resort. Reservations made more than 30 days prior to arrival require a 25% deposit at the time of booking. The reservation balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before arrival. You can cancel within seven days from your original booking date and receive a full refund. However, if you are within 37 days of arrival, the deposit is not refundable. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment and are non-refundable. Check-in is 4 p.m.; check-out time is 10 a.m. Three full parking spaces are included; additional parking is not available. House reservations cannot be changed to alternate accommodations at any time. VIP Plan and Damage Waiver are not applicable to Beach House reservations.
