GENERAL MANAGER

General Manager; Landmark Resort in Myrtle Beach!

Summary of Job Opportunity:
This is a fabulous opportunity for someone who wants to lead one of our largest condo resort properties, Landmark Resort!  If you enjoy being valued as a strategic partner with ultimate responsibility for the management and profitability of the resort, this may be the career opportunity for you! You will oversee all aspects of the resort operations including guest registration and reservations, housekeeping, maintenance, multiple food & beverage outlets, as well as conference facilities! More elaborate details would be shared in the interview process as well as the job description.    
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years management experience in a large resort style property.
• Exemplary skills managing homeowner relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional leadership skills; lead by example and foster a thriving culture for all staff members to grow in their current and future roles.
• Exceptional understanding of expense management. 
• A strategic and creative mindset that will foster “outside of the box” thinking and ideas. 
• Experience with budgets and forecasting; ability to decipher statistical reporting. 
• Solid background managing food & beverage, and group functions. 
• A good understanding of employment laws and requirements within the jurisdiction.
• Bachelors’ Degree preferred but not essential.

  • HVAC, plumbing and electrical skills
