Water Amenities:

Our pool hours are 9 am to 11 pm for our main building water features:

  • Indoor Water Features: Open and heated year-round.
  • Outdoor Pool: Open year-round. Heated seasonally approximately October through May.
  • Outdoor Lazy River: Open and heated seasonally approximately March through October.
  • Outdoor Whirlpool: Open and heated year-round.
  • Outdoor Kids’ Pool: Open seasonally.

Our H2Oasis Waterpark is open for the season through October 22, 2023.

*Subject to change. Waterpark hours vary from main pool hours. See the front desk for current information. Exclusive for our main building & Ocean Escape front desk rentals only.

*One indoor hot tub is temporarily unavailable. Please note, our waterpark is not heated.

DINING

We are excited to announce that our resort has gone cashless at our on-site outlets!

You will be able to:

  • Enjoy faster check-out times at your favorite Landmark outlets, allowing for more time for fun in the sun.
  • Be able to charge all food and beverage purchases to your room.
  • No need to carry around a wallet or purse that might get wet in the ocean or dropped in the pool. All you need is your privilege card.
  • Safe and secure – you can track all your transactions simply by visiting the front desk.

Simply load your privilege card with an accepted form of payment when you arrive. Your pre-loaded privilege card or credit card may be used at the following on-site outlets:

Havana Java Bar

  • Current Seasonal Hours: Tuesday – Sundays 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. (closed Mondays)
  • Location: Lobby
  • Serving: Starbucks Coffee and light food items
  • Exclusive for our main building & Ocean Escape front desk rentals only

Gazebo Restaurant

  • Current Seasonal Hours: Daily 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. 
  • Location: Adjacent to the lobby
  • Serving: Southern Breakfast. Prices and menu subject to change.
  • Exclusive for our main building & Ocean Escape front desk rentals only

Latitudes Lounge

  • Current Seasonal Hours: Sundays through Thursdays 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. | Friday to Saturday 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. 
  • Location: Just down the hall from our lobby on the right
  • Serving: Salads, pizza, sandwiches and more. Prices and menu subject to change.
  • Exclusive for our main building & Ocean Escape front desk rentals only

Tipsy Turtle Bar

  • Open seasonally beginning March 30 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends and select weekdays (occupancy and weather-dependent).
  • Location: Poolside
  • Serving: Cold Drinks 
  • Exclusive for our main building front desk rentals only

Shark Bites 

  • Open seasonally; check back for 2023 opening dates!
  • Location: Poolside
  • Serving: Pizza, burgers and more. 
  • Exclusive for our main building front desk rentals only

Resort Safety & Cleaning Procedures

  • Public spaces will be cleaned every two to four hours.
  • Frequent cleaning of high touch points.
  • We will frequently empty trash and disinfect in all public spaces as needed
  • The following precautions will be taken in regards to dining service:
    • All hard surface tables will be disinfected between guests.
    • A hand sanitizer station for guests will be provided as well as for staff.
    • All other SC DHEC food and beverage regulations will be followed to the letter of the law.

Accommodations Safety & Cleaning Procedures

The following safety and cleaning measures are being taken for the accommodations on our front desk rental program:

  • All cleaning equipment will be cleaned and disinfected daily.
  • Housekeepers will wear gloves at all times while cleaning and will discard gloves upon completion of cleaning each unit.
  • All high-touch points will be cleaned thoroughly between guest stays.
  • Strict laundry protocols will be followed when our staff is handling linens and towels including measures to prevent cross-contamination between clean and dirty linens during the collection and cleaning process.
  • Sofa bed linens (for applicable room types) will be bagged before they are put into a room.

Check-In Information

Only one guest (whose name is on the reservation) should enter the lobby for check-in.

  • We have a container for guests to drop off keys and pool bands that will be sanitized prior to the next use.

Housekeeping Services

To minimize contact for the safety of our guests and staff, daily housekeeping will not be available. Additionally:

  • All rooms will be made up with fresh, clean linens and towels prior to every guest check in. Exchange of towels, bed linens and other amenities will be provided upon request only during your stay for main building rooms. Please trade dirty linens in to get clean linens if required.
  • Trash will be emptied upon request only for main building rooms.
