New Year’s Eve Dinner
Landmark Resort will be hosting a delicious New Year’s Eve Dinner to start your evening off right.
Beginning at 5 p.m. and going until 10 p.m., Latitudes will be the site of an all-inclusive New Year’s Eve Dinner. For $25 per person (not including alcoholic beverages), guests will enjoy Tomato Florentine Soup and their choice of either Caesar Salad or House Salad to start.
Guests will be able to choose an entrée from five tasty choices. All entrees come with Redskin Potatoes and a Vegetable Medley.
The first option is Chicken Key West. This dish is great for poultry lovers as it is chicken cooked Ala Francese and covered with an Orange Butter Wine Sauce with Mandarin Orange pieces.
The second option is Stuffed Pork Loin. This menu item comes with Cranberry Stuffing topped with a Wine Sauce.
For guests that prefer steak, a 14 oz. Rib eye option will be available grilled with a delicious Garlic Butter.
Option number four is great for seafood lovers. The Shrimp Scampi comes prepared in a Garlic Wine Lemon Butter Sauce laid over Angel Hair Pasta.
The final option, also perfect for seafood enthusiasts, is the Flounder Oscar. This dish is grilled with a Crab Béarnaise Sauce and Asparagus.
After enjoying the main entrée, guests will be served a delicious dessert of Chocolate Cake ala mode or New York Style Cheesecake.
This dinner is open to the public and the regular kids’ menu will also be available for the little ones.
