Myrtle Beach Events in October
Even as the holiday months creep up quickly, Myrtle Beach keeps the fun coming with special events during every month. As for October, there are a few fan based events for supporters of motorcycles, Elvis Presley, 50's and 60's celebrations, and more.
Myrtle Beach Bike Week, Fall Rally: If you missed the spring fun with bike week hitting Myrtle Beach, or you are interested in one more bike parties before the year is over, it is highly suggested that you join Myrtle Beach in celebrating bike freedom. Visit with Landmark Resort while living it up with pleasant weather and fellow bikers all around. Only for pleasure will you have to drive far because Landmark Resort has ideal proximity to all the necessities and amusement places such as Broadway at the Beach, restaurants, bars and more. The week-long biker's party will be from September 26th to October 5th.
Elvis and Friends 50's and 60's Weekend: Jamin’ Leather & Killer Hot Dogs will be hosting 50's & 60's themed weekends. Costume up and go over to Jamin’ Leather for some live entertainment, fun foods to try and join the festivities. The dates for this oldies music themed party are October 4th from 10am to 2pm and October 5th from 9:30am to 5pm. There will be other entertainment including karaoke, scavenger hunt, car show and more. Jammin’ Leather is located only a few miles inland and north of Landmark Resort.
Inaugural North Myrtle Beach Oktoberfest: Taking place at the North Myrtle Beach Sports Complex is a German themed celebration fit for all ages. On Saturday, October 11th from 11am until 7pm, enjoy food, music, and entertainment for children. There will be live German music, German food, over 20 vendors equipped with goodies for sale, the largest selection of Oktoberfest beer in the area, a pumpkin patch for kids to decorate pumpkins, Oktoberfest steins, face painting, inflatables and more!
