Cash Bar
Each guest pays for drinks on a consumption Basis. A minimum guarantee of sales based on the number of attendees will be established by the Catering office.


Specialty Wine by the Bottle


Bartender fees
Bartender fees are predetermined by the number of hours required. There is a fee for each hour per bartender. $55 for the first hour and $40 for each additional hour.

All food and beverage prices are subject to a 19% service charge and SC state and local taxes.
